Als Praktikant:in im Qualitätsmanagement bei FACTUREE wirst du Teil eines bodenständigen, interkulturellen Umfelds, arbeitest eng mit dem Head of Quality zusammen und unterstützt sowohl im operativen Tagesgeschäft als auch bei strategischen Themen.
Durchführung physischer Qualitätskontrollen an produzierten Bauteilen zur Sicherung unserer Fertigungsqualität.
Erstellung von Prüfberichten und Zeugnissen im Rahmen der Dokumentation technischer Standards.
Mitarbeit bei der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen – inklusive Berichtswesen, Lieferantendokumentation und Nachverfolgung.
Aktive Beteiligung an laufenden Fertigungsprojekten mit engem Bezug zum Einkauf.
Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Qualitätsmanagements in Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilungsleitung.
Eingeschriebene:r Student:in im Bereich Maschinenbau, Materialwissenschaften oder einem verwandten ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Studiengang.
Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Qualitätskontrolle oder im technischen Umfeld.
Technisches Verständnis für Fertigungsmethoden und Werkstoffe – insbesondere im Bereich Metall- und Kunststoffverarbeitung.
Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt.
Kenntnisse über Prüfverfahren sowie Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
Eine strukturierte und detailgenaue Arbeitsweise bildet die Grundlage deines Handelns.
Gute Organisation und ein sicheres Gespür für Prioritäten helfen dir im Tagesgeschäft.
Kommunikative Stärke, Offenheit und ein professionelles Auftreten im Austausch mit Kolleg:innen zeichnen dich aus.
Stabilität und Bodenständigkeit sind für dich ebenso wichtig wie ein dynamisches, internationales Umfeld.
Langfristiges Interesse an einer beruflichen Weiterentwicklung im Qualitätsmanagement ist ausdrücklich willkommen.
Anwendung und Bewertung gängiger Prüfverfahren in der Qualitätssicherung.
Praktischer Umgang mit Werkstoffen und ein besseres Verständnis für deren Eigenschaften.
Technische und organisatorische Abläufe in realen Fertigungsprojekten.
Erstellung und Interpretation von Qualitätsdokumentationen (z. B. Erstmusterprüfberichte, Zeugnisse)
Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen wie Einkauf, Logistik und Sales.

As a Quality Management intern at FACTUREE, you will become part of a down-to-earth, intercultural environment, work closely with the Head of Quality, and provide support in both day-to-day operations and strategic issues.
Carrying out physical quality controls on produced components to ensure our manufacturing quality.
Preparation of test reports and certificates as part of the documentation of technical standards.
Assist in processing complaints – including reporting, supplier documentation and follow-up.
Active participation in ongoing manufacturing projects with close links to purchasing.
Support in the further development of our quality management in cooperation with the department management.
Enrolled student in mechanical engineering, materials science or a related engineering field.
Ideally, initial practical experience in quality control or a technical environment.
Technical understanding of manufacturing methods and materials – especially in the field of metal and plastics processing.
Fluent written and spoken English is required.
Knowledge of testing procedures and German language skills are an advantage, but not a must.
A structured and detailed way of working is the basis of your actions.
Good organization and a sense of priorities will help you in your day-to-day business.
You are characterized by strong communication skills, openness, and a professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues.
Stability and down-to-earthness are just as important to you as a dynamic, international environment.
