As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our operations – our “command center” – and the very first person new and returning customers connect with. Your communication flair, problem-solving mindset, and organizational skills will help turn prospects into loyal, long-term partners.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone

• Create tailored quotations and solve customer issues independently

• Ensure a smooth, fast, and hassle-free ordering process

• Forward specialized requests to our Operations or Key Account Teams, and escalate critical matters to the right stakeholders

• Play a key role in increasing our conversion rate by delivering service that is efficient, friendly, and highly competent

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training

• Relevant professional experience in customer service or sales

• Technical interest and quick grasp of new software systems

• Experience with CRM systems as well as excellent knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs

• German and English at a native level

• Bonus points for experience in the manufacturing industry

• Strong communication skills and a high level of customer orientation

• Empathy, service mentality, and the ability to deliver a positive customer experience

• Structured and precise working style, even under time pressure
