Your responsibilities with us
- Design and build AI-powered features for customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Develop LLM-powered workflows, assistants, and intelligent automation within our products
- Enable natural language interaction and AI-supported user experiences across the FACTUREE platform
- Build AI capabilities for document understanding, technical drawing analysis, structured data processing, and workflow automation
- Integrate AI services into existing backend systems and product workflows
- Prototype new AI capabilities and evolve them into reliable production-ready solutions
- Design robust context management, retrieval strategies, prompting approaches, and evaluation datasets
- Build evaluation pipelines, feedback loops, and quality controls to continuously improve AI system performance
- Monitor the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of AI-powered features in production
- Collaborate closely with Product and domain experts to translate complex business processes into practical AI solutions
- Identify limitations, risks, and failure scenarios of AI-supported workflows and implement appropriate safeguards
Your professional skills
- Strong software engineering experience building production systems
- Experience integrating LLM APIs into production software
- Experience designing agentic workflows and AI applications that interact with external tools and services
- Strong coding skills, ideally with TypeScript and Node.js (Python experience is beneficial for tooling, experimentation, and AI ecosystems)
- Solid understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, vector search, and context management
- Experience building backend services, APIs, and integrations around AI capabilities
- Experience evaluating AI systems using structured benchmarks, automated evaluation, or human feedback
- Understanding of data quality, ground truth creation, and systematic evaluation of AI outputs
- Awareness of AI-specific risks such as hallucinations, privacy, prompt injection, and excessive automation
- Experience building document and image understanding solutions using multimodal AI is a plus
